Garik Bagdasarov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Garik started their career at OpusCapita as a Payroll and Purchase ledger assistant. Garik then joined Jyväskylän kaupunginteatteri, where they worked as a Jack-of-all-trades, handling multiple responsibilities related to theater operations.
Bagdasarov later joined Heeros and held the position of Production Manager at the Service Center, where they focused on overseeing production processes, resource management, and center development. Subsequently, they became the Country Manager for the Netherlands, responsible for sales strategy, business direction, and strategic coordination.
At Heeros, Bagdasarov also served as the Head of Customer Success, leading the customer success team, driving strategic planning, and developing internal business processes for operational efficiency. Currently, they hold the role of Director of International Sales & Partnerships at Heeros, leading global sales initiatives, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with internal departments for strategic alignment.
From 2007 to 2011, Garik Bagdasarov earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from JAMK University of Applied Sciences.
