Andrius Š. has a diverse work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Andrius began their career as the Head of Supply Chain Management at ŽŪB "Nematekas" in 2009, where they oversaw the inbound and outbound goods process, managed inventory planning, and ensured timely delivery to customers. In 2013, they joined Omniteksas as the Head of Logistics, where they focused on improving warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Andrius then moved on to Zalvaris UAB in 2015, taking on the role of Head of Logistics, where they organized warehouse and transport works, developed a motivational system for workers, and worked on improving company logistics indicators. Currently, Andrius Š. holds two positions at Hegelmann Group. Since 2017, they have been the Head of 3pl business at Hegelmann Transporte, and starting from May 2018, they also took on the role of CEO at Hegelmann Logistics, UAB.
Andrius Š. attended the Kaunas University of Technology from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
