Emily Goodberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and executive support. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Client Development & Coverage at Heidrick & Struggles since September 2015, Emily has held various strategic roles within the company, including Director of EA Resource Management and Manager of US Executive Assistant Resource Management. Previous positions include Executive Assistant to the President at The Boston Conservatory and Operations Associate at Tennenbaum Capital Partners. Emily began her career as Office Manager & Executive Assistant at Look-Look, Inc. Emily holds a Bachelor of Music, magna cum laude, in Vocal Performance from the University of Southern California.
