Karen Verbenko

Karen Verbenko is a seasoned executive assistant with extensive experience in providing administrative support to senior executives across various industries. Currently serving at Heidrick & Struggles since January 2016, Karen has previously held similar roles at Egon Zehnder International and QualityHealth, where responsibilities included managing calendars, organizing board meetings, and coordinating onboarding processes. Earlier positions included executive administrative support at Lazard Technology Partners and Lazard Freres & Co. LLC, along with foundational experience as an office clerk at Choices Women’s Medical Center. Karen holds a B.S. in Anthropology from Queens College.
