Stephanie Ricotta

Stephanie Ricotta is a seasoned professional in accounting and financial management, currently serving as a Senior Revenue Accountant at Heidrick & Struggles since September 2022. In addition to this role, Stephanie has been a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Financial Committee at the Italian Folk Art Federation of America since September 2013, focusing on the preservation of Italian culture and folklore. Previously, Stephanie held various positions at RKON from May 2018 to October 2022, including Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. Experience also includes a role as a Stylist and Social Media Marketing professional at The Little Black Dress, ETC, where responsibilities included organizing fashion events and enhancing social media presence. Stephanie Ricotta earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from DePaul University, completed in 2017, following a high school diploma from Boylan Central Catholic High School in 2012.
