Kelsey Sibley

Kelsey Sibley serves as the Global HR Director - Commerce at The HEINEKEN Company since February 2013, where leadership involves overseeing the Commercial People Agenda for 40,000 global commercial employees. Prior roles include HR Manager for HEINEKEN EMEA Export & Global Duty Free, Global HR Project Manager/Business Partner - Commerce, Global Employee Engagement Lead, and various positions focused on talent management and employee engagement. Kelsey has contributed to human rights audits and driven initiatives to enhance gender balance in sales. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Management, Policy Analysis, and Entrepreneurship in Health Sciences from VU Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and Spanish from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Furthermore, Kelsey has gained international experience through research, internships, and roles as a teaching assistant and au pair.
