Prenisha Naidoo

Prenisha Naidoo currently serves as Global Finance Director Commerce at The HEINEKEN Company since July 2023. Prior to this, Prenisha held the position of Head of Finance: Southern Africa Finance Director at GSK from November 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for the Consumer Healthcare Southern Africa business and acting as Finance Business Partner for the regional leadership teams. At Unilever, from April 2008 to November 2020, Prenisha ascended through various roles, culminating as Customer Development Finance Director Southern Africa, where key achievements included driving business performance and resource allocation strategies. Other notable positions at Unilever involved leading digital transformation initiatives and managing significant cost-saving programs. Prenisha holds several finance-related degrees and certifications, including a CMA in Finance, and has been pursuing CIMA since 2012.
