Between 1995 and 2012 he held various roles in Finance & Sales, including Finance Manager HEINEKEN Brouwerijen, The Netherlands, On-Trade & Wholesale Director HEINEKEN Brouwerijen, the Netherlands and Finance Director of HEINEKEN UK. In 2012 Ronald was appointed Managing Director of Central Cervejas, Portugal and became managing director of HEINEKEN USA in 2015.
