Stuart Marsh

Stuart Marsh is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at The HEINEKEN Company, a role initiated in January 2022, where the focus is on fostering human connections and enhancing consumer experiences through passion-driven initiatives. Prior to this position, Stuart held the title of Head of Talent Acquisition at AECOM from September 2018 to January 2022, contributing to the firm’s commitment to addressing societal challenges. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Save the Children International, where staff efforts supported children's welfare globally, and a role as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Wood Group. Stuart’s career began at Hays PLC as a Regional Director, providing extensive expertise in recruitment. Academic credentials include dual MBAs in Human Resource Management and Law from Lord Ashcroft International Business School.
