Robert T. Heinemann

Robert T. Heinemann is an experienced professional in the fields of management consulting and human resources, currently serving as Partner DACH at InnoQuotient since January 2024. As the Founder and CEO of HEINEMANN MANAGEMENT CONSULTING GMBH since March 2009, Robert has also established HRfx and contributed to UFI as Chair of the HR Working Group. Additional roles include HR Director (external) at Integrated Systems Europe and interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Noerr. With a strong background in banking as Executive Vice President at BayernLB and a focus on HR leadership at Messe München GmbH, Robert has demonstrated expertise across various sectors. Robert's educational credentials include studies at London Business School and ongoing training at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where a certification as a Systemic Coach is pursued.
