Christian Fröba has a strong work history in the glass industry. Christian is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at the HEINZ-GLAS Group since 2021. Prior to this, they held several positions at Bucher Emhart Glass from 2005 to 2021. These roles include Project Lead Corporate Trade Compliance Implementation, Senior Director for End to End Supply Chain, Director of After Sales, Product Manager, and Design Engineer.
Christian Fröba obtained a CAS in Digital Innovation & Business Transformation from the University of St.Gallen in 2020. Prior to that, they completed an Executiv MBA from Mannheim Business School and an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School in 2009-2010. In 2013-2014, they attended Cranfield University for an Advanced Development Programme. In 2004, they studied Defence at Offizierschule des Heeres. Christian Fröba holds a Dipl. Ing. degree in Maschinenbau from Coburg University, which they completed in 2000-2004.
