Andre Miranda

Andre Miranda, CFA, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andre began their career as an Engineer at Bury + Partners, where they successfully managed various projects and ensured compliance with municipal codes. From 2004 to 2011, Andre worked at BNSF Railway Co, initially as a Senior Analyst in Treasury and later as the Manager of Treasury Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for daily cash management, short-term investments, and reporting to rating agencies and the Board of Directors. From 2007 to 2011, Andre served as the Manager of Corporate Finance & International Treasury at Alcon, where they analyzed capitalization proposals and optimized financial benefits. Andre's most recent position was at Helen of Troy, where they held two roles. Andre served as the Global Treasurer from 2011 to 2016, overseeing banking relationships and directing excess cash utilization. Then, as the Vice President of Finance Operations, they supervised the Global Shared Service Center AP/AR team and managed various projects to improve financial processes and customer service.
