Dan Schmenk, CEP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dan began their career as an Insurance Rep at Columbus Financial Group in 2003 before moving on to work in Investment Management at Karsatos Financial Network / Securities America Inc. from 2004 to 2010. Following that, they held a Business Development role at RMG Advertising from 2010 to 2012. Dan then joined Stellar Concepts & Design Ink as a Business Development professional in 2011.

In 2012, Dan joined Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as part of the Global Stock Plan Services team, where they eventually became the Director - Global Stock Plan Services. Dan worked at Morgan Stanley until 2016, during which they briefly held a role at Helen of Troy as the Global Equity Administrator.

From 2016 onwards, Dan returned to Helen of Troy and progressed through various positions, including Sr. Manager Global Compensation and Director of Compensation and HRIS. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Director of Compensation, HRIS & Payroll at Helen of Troy.

Dan Schmenk, CEP received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Denison University in 2003. Dan also obtained a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business in 2019.
