Sam started their career at Product Services Limited in 2002 as an Electrical Engineer, responsible for testing electrical devices and ensuring compliance with global regulations. Sam then joined Helen of Troy in 2003 as the Associate Director Of Engineering & Product Development, overseeing operations in the Asia Pacific region for Personal Care Appliances. In this role, they led the delivery of high-quality products while keeping costs low and adhering to specifications and deadlines. Sam also played a crucial role in evaluating new product proposals, planning product launches, and guiding supplier selection.

Sam Ng completed a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2000 to 2002.
