Rune Tallaksen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Rune currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director at Heli-One, where they lead teams in Norway, Poland, and Canada. In this role, they focus on team and leadership development, engagement, and performance measurement. Rune previously worked at CHC Helicopter, where they held various HR roles, including Human Resources Director and Senior Manager. Rune also has experience at Rowan Drilling Norway, Sodexo Remote Sites Norway, NCA Group, Norse Cutting & Abandonment, Norwegian Joint Head Quarters, and the Norwegian Army.
Rune Tallaksen has a diverse education history, starting with their military studies at The Norwegian Military Academy from 1989 to 1991. Rune then pursued a series of master's programs at BI Norwegian Business School. From 1999 to 2000, they studied Logistics Management, followed by Business Process Management from 2000 to 2001, Consulting from 2001 to 2002, and Social Interaction and Leadership from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they attended the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2003, where they delved into Cultural Studies with a focus on Religion and Conflict, Culture and Conflict, and the Ethics of War and Peace. Furthermore, in 2004, they returned to UiO for further cultural studies.
