Rex Marchant

Rex Marchant is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in service operations and customer support within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Service at Helion Technologies since July 2019, Rex previously held the position of Director Technical Customer Support for Cloud at Finastra from 2012 to 2019, where responsibilities included leading a 38-person team and managing technical and operational aspects for the US community banking market. Prior to that, Rex worked at All Covered as Director of Consulting Services and Client Relationship Manager, focusing on service delivery and client relations in the Dallas and Houston regions. Rex's career began at Southwest InfoServe, Inc., where as President and Owner, leadership encompassed all technical, business, and financial operations until the company was acquired by All Covered. Rex holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
