Sam Wagner

Sam Wagner is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in systems engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Sr. Systems Engineer - Proactive Lead at Helion Technologies since 2013. Wagner oversees RMM solutions, data backup, disaster recovery operations, and client-deployed solutions while leading onboarding/offboarding processes. Prior experience includes roles at Enhanced IP Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing systems, coordinating with service delivery teams, and improving processes through effective documentation and custom scripting. Earlier positions included providing bilingual IT support at Enhanced IP Solutions and resolving service requests at Johns Hopkins University and Hunter College, where Wagner also contributed to staff and faculty training in various computer applications. Wagner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Hunter College.
