Sibel Capar is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at Heliox B.V. since July 2021, Sibel previously held the position of Human Resources Project Manager at Art and Tech Society, where initiatives in talent acquisition and team culture were led. Prior to that, Sibel worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Tailwind Airlines, overseeing comprehensive HR activities. Internships at Bayraktar Grubu, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, and TUPRAS provided early career experience, complemented by an administrative role at Marmara University’s research center and an internship with the Ministry for European Union Affairs.
