Alok Apte is a Development Engineer at Helix since February 2022, specializing in the development of hybrid motorsport electric powertrains and leading DVP testing for top-tier projects. Alok has experience as a Data Engineer with Team HARD. Racing, focusing on BTCC data analysis, and previously served as a Reliability Engineer at Optare PLC, contributing to efficient electric bus production. A Master Thesis project on the mathematical modeling of Formula E powertrains was conducted with Mahindra Racing. Alok's earlier roles include Manufacturing Engineer at Perkins Engines and Powertrain and Aerodynamics Lead Engineer for the Formula Student Team at College of Engineering Pune. Alok holds a Master's degree in Advanced Motorsport Engineering from Cranfield University and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
