Robert Boullion has extensive experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management, currently serving as QHSE Manager at Helix Alliance since February 2019. Prior to this role, Robert worked at Cudd Energy Services for 19 years as Regional QHSE Trainer/RSO/Representative, and earlier gained experience as a Coil Operator at Preeminent Energy Services from 1996 to 2000. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, completed between 2016 and 2019.
