Jenna Smeryage has a diverse work experience in project management and operations. Jenna started their career in 2008 at Greenspoon Marder, P.A., where they served as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. In this role, they provided strategic oversight for technical projects, collaborated with end users to address system requests, and conducted system training. Jenna also organized and maintained project management documentation and developed project charters.
In 2014, Jenna joined LSeven Solutions as a Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing client requirements, establishing work plans, coordinating project resources, and maintaining department-level schedules. Jenna also oversaw project milestones, conducted meetings with clients and account managers, and ensured adherence to company policies and procedures.
Since 2016, Jenna has been working at BioTrack. Jenna initially served as a Project Manager, where they coordinated internal resources and vendors, conducted daily SCRUM meetings with developers, and communicated with governmental agency stakeholders. Jenna also managed project processes following the Software Development Life Cycle, documented client requirements, and created comprehensive project documentation. In their most recent role as the Director of Government Project Management, they provided leadership and managed operations for government projects.
Throughout their career, Jenna has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Jenna has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and implementing efficient solutions while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Jenna Smeryage holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Florida Atlantic University. Jenna obtained their degree, however, the start and end years are not provided. Additionally, they have further certifications including an Executive Certification in Project Management from Florida Atlantic University in August 2013, an iManage Certified System Engineer certification from Hewlett-Packard in December 2011, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2013.
