Josue Oliva is an experienced professional in product development and quality assurance, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Product Development at BioTrack since August 2016. Prior roles at BioTrack include Quality Assurance Analyst and Technical Support Team Lead. Josue also has experience as a streamer on Twitch from September 2020 to March 2024 and worked as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Ultimate Software from June 2014 to June 2015. Josue holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Japan Area Studies, both from Florida International University, and completed a High School Diploma in Computer Programming and Networking at Miami Lakes Educational Center.
