Lance has extensive experience in quality management systems, deviation events & CAPA, change control, supplier quality, and conducting QMS trainings. At Helix, Lance holds the title of Senior Quality Associate since February 2017. Lance previously worked at C S Bio Co. as an Associate Manager, Quality Systems from February 2016 to January 2017, and at Baxter International Inc. from March 2002 to February 2016 in various roles such as Quality Associate III, Lead - QC Microbiology, and Manufacturing Associate II. Lance also gained experience as an Assistant Microbiologist at T. Marzetti Company from June 1998 to December 2001.
