Suzanne Millward, MPH UXC, serves as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Helix, leading significant user research programs and establishing operational processes for a high-output UXR practice since August 2022. Prior to this role, Suzanne worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Blue Shield of California, focusing on improving digital product usability and conducting formative user research for health innovation technology, and at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where project management and various research methodologies were employed across multiple projects. Earlier experience includes research roles at the Center for Tobacco Studies and as an archaeological technician, complemented by a strong academic background with a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
