Alex Lawson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, Alex worked as a Research Analyst Intern at Reader's Digest, providing research support to six sales managers. They extracted data from primary and secondary research sources and provided insights into key metrics of customer engagement.
In 2013, Alex joined Canadian Blood Services as a Shipper/Receiver II and worked there until 2015.
In 2016, Alex worked at Inova Blood Donor Services as a Materials Management Tech II for a few months before joining comScore, Inc. as an Associate Analyst, Syndicated Client Insights. In this role, they maintained knowledge of the industry and managed 40 to 100 advertising agency clients. Alex also trained groups of clients to help build their knowledge of comScore products and answered client queries.
At comScore, Inc., Alex later became a Client Success Analyst, where they provided support to clients, answered their questions, and helped them analyze data problems.
In 2019, Alex joined Helixa as a Customer Success Manager, a role they held until December 2020. In January 2021, Alex transitioned to the role of Senior Research Analyst at Helixa.
Alex Lawson completed a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Guelph, attending from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued further education in the Research Analyst Post Graduate Certificate program at Georgian College, attending from 2011 to 2012.
