Andrew Pepera

Andrew Pepera has extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as a Project Coordinator at HELLA since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing projects within budget and ensuring timely completion while assisting with facility management for the corporate headquarters in Northville, MI. Previously, Andrew worked as a Facilities Technician, performing preventative maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining operational logs. Prior experience includes roles as a Banquet Houseman at The Inn at St. John's and as Facilities Management Utility 2 at Schoolcraft College, focusing on cleanliness and maintenance. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Madonna University, with additional education from the University of Minnesota.
