Zach Peikon

Zach Peikon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and client partnership roles within major companies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Heller since July 2025, Zach previously held various positions at Korn Ferry from April 2013 until 2024, including Senior Client Partner, Principal, and Senior Associate. Earlier career experience includes working as an Associate at HVS Executive Search from 2011 to 2012, and as an Account Executive for Season Tickets & Club Suites and Sales Representative at Madison Square Garden from July 2006 to December 2010. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston University (2002-2006) and an MBA from Baruch College (2008-2010).
