Joe Pantazidis

Joe Pantazidis is a Senior Software Engineer at charles since January 2025, with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Previously, Joe served as Lead Software Engineer at Mate, where responsibilities included hiring, mentoring, and managing projects while improving development efficiency with NestJS and GraphQL. Joe's background also includes a Junior Software Engineer position at Zweitag GmbH, focusing on web development projects involving Ruby on Rails and Phoenix, as well as foundational experience through internships. Joe holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Münster, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Joe is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and a recipient of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes scholarship.
