Guillaume Dussaus has extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as Associate Director for Food Safety Quality Assurance and Health Safety and Environment at HelloFresh since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing food safety, quality, and supplier monitoring. Prior to this role, Guillaume held several positions at Sushi Shop from May 2015 to April 2021, including Team Lead for Food Safety Quality Assurance and Deputy Quality Hygiene Manager, where project management, HACCP plan deployment, and team training were key responsibilities across a network of 150 European restaurants.
