Rui Fang

Rui Fang is an experienced professional in the field of Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Management, currently serving as Associate Director of Occupational Health & Safety DACH at HelloFresh since December 2023. Prior to this role, Rui held several significant positions including Head of Regional Health Safety & Quality Management at Getir, where management encompassed health, safety, and quality systems across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany, and Head of Health Safety & Quality Management during the merger with Getir’s German operations. Rui's expertise was further demonstrated as Head of Health Safety & Quality Management in Germany for Gorillas, and as International Lead Occupational Health and Safety for Kaufland, overseeing compliance across multiple countries. Rui's career began at Procter & Gamble, progressing from intern to EHS Manager roles focused on both Technical Safety and Environmental Protection. Rui completed a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology at the University of Stuttgart, after earlier studies at Tongji University.
