Fletch Fletcher

Fletch Fletcher serves as the Head of Marketing & Product at Pando since April 2024, focusing on strategy and execution in the pharma, life sciences, and healthcare sectors. Previously, Fletch was the VP of Marketing at Lifebit from October 2020 to April 2024, overseeing comprehensive marketing communications and brand experiences. Fletch's extensive career at Salesforce, spanning from 2010 to 2020, included roles such as Senior Director in the Office of Innovation and Director of Executive Inspiration, where Fletch developed innovative frameworks and strategies for CxOs. Fletch co-founded Secret Labs and held various creative and leadership positions in marketing, design, and education, consistently recognized for contributions to industry innovation and creative excellence. Fletch holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University for the Creative Arts.
