Michelle Thakur

Michelle Thakur has held a variety of roles in the technology and marketing industry since 2000. Michelle began their career as a Research Manager at Vividence, where they developed research and educational materials to help icons like Amazon and eBay create better web experiences. Michelle then worked as a Lab Coordinator at Stanford University School of Medicine, where they developed educational materials and a website, recruited and supported participants, and collected and processed fMRI data. In 2003, they Co-Founded Sprokkit, a web technology and marketing agency for franchises. Her accounts included Denny's, CKE Restaurants and Del Taco, and they managed hundreds of integrated cross-platform B2B and B2C marketing projects. In 2014, they Co-Founded HelloShift, Inc., where they promoted client-centered responsive development, developed experiential learning programs for customer success, and cultivated brand vision and message across platforms.

Michelle Thakur holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Samuel Merritt University. Michelle is also a Licensed Occupational Therapist from the California Board of Occupational Therapy and a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
