Osnat Glikstein

Osnat Glikstein's work experience includes a role as a Growth Specialist at Simply (formerly JoyTunes) since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TASC Consulting & Capital as an Associate from January 2021 to July 2022, and as a Business Analyst from May 2019 to January 2021. Osnat also served as the Head of the BGU team at the John Molson MBA International Case Competition from September 2018 to January 2019. Additionally, Osnat worked as an Administration Manager at the Negev Coexistence Forum from October 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they were the Head of the Ben Gurion University LGBT "Achva" brunch at Achva - LGBTI Student's Association in Israel from August 2016 to July 2017. Osnat also worked as a Content Developer at Appleseeds Academy from January 2016 to June 2016, and as a Field Coordinator for the City Without Violence project at Kfar Saba Municipality from October 2014 to March 2015. Osnat's experience also includes serving as a Counselor at Seeds of Peace in June 2014 and as a coordinator for the Israel Anti-Drug Authority at Kfar Saba Municipality from January 2014 to June 2014.

Osnat Glikstein completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2018 through the Mandel Social Leadership MBA Program. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the same university between 2015 and 2017. In 2014, Glikstein completed their first year of a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences at The Open University of Israel. Additionally, they attended UWC Mahindra India from 2009 to 2011, where they achieved their high school education and obtained an IB Diploma.
