Roey Izkovsky has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Roey was the Co-Founder, CTO, and Growth leader at Simply (formerly JoyTunes) from March 2009. At Simply, they developed JoyTunes apps using Deep Learning acoustic recognition, which enabled millions of music lovers to learn and play musical instruments. Additionally, over 10% of piano teachers in the US used these apps.
Prior to Simply, Roey worked as an Algorithmics professional at a company from October 2006 to March 2010. Finally, they served as the Head of Research Section at IDF from January 1998 to April 2004.
Roey Izkovsky pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2004 to 2006.
