Chan Yoon has a solid work experience in the field of software engineering. They started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at IpserLab in 2017, where they worked on implementing appointments and availability backend data models and integrating the Facebook API with the login feature. They also wrote technical documents for new software engineering intern hires.
In 2018, Chan worked as a Software Engineer at a pre-seed bootstrap startup called Ravle, where they served as a core software engineer for their B2B SaaS product.
From 2019 to 2021, Chan worked at Alpha Medical as a Software Engineer, where they implemented various features including patient allergies management process based on patient input and clinician recommendations, and promotional discounts on doctor visits.
In 2021, Chan joined Rivian as a Software Engineer, where they specialized in React.js/Typescript, Node.js/Typescript, AWS, Serverless, Lambdas. They developed backend feature logic and implemented connectivity management platform features for vehicles.
Most recently, Chan started working at Digits in 2022 as a Software Engineer before moving on to their current position at Wisp in 2023 also as a Software Engineer.
From 2015 to 2017, Chan Yoon attended Purdue University, majoring in Computer Science.
