Jia Michael Ling

Jia Michael Ling is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at IDEMIA since March 2017, Jia is responsible for resolving support issues, managing system monitoring alerts, and analyzing usage trends. Prior to this role, Jia worked at Helloworld Limited as a System Engineer, where responsibilities included support issue resolution and system resource analysis.
