Michaela Sachs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michaela began their career in 2005 as a Promotion staff at Bonita GmbH & Co KG. Michaela then worked as an Internship at Barmer Ersatzkasse and RO-RA Aviation Systems GmbH in 2006. In 2007, they served as Turndownservice staff at Steigenberger Hotels AG and also completed an Internship at Nordsee Fischspezialitäten GmbH. Michaela joined EY as an Intern in Auditing in 2012 and later moved to PwC, where they worked as a Consultant and then as Senior Consultant in Assurance until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Michaela took a year off to travel the world. Michaela then joined TUI Group as an Audit Manager in Central Region and worked until 2019. Currently, they are employed at HELM AG as the Director of Corporate Accounting, starting in 2020.
Michaela Sachs attended Fachhochschule Salzburg from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance/Controlling and Human Resources. In 2008 and 2009, they also studied at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Industrial Engineering and Management. Later, in 2015 and 2016, Michaela attended the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, specializing in Corporate Planning & Management Control.
