Tikvah Rutz is currently serving as the HR Manager People & Performance at HELM AG since February 2019. Prior to this, Tikvah gained experience as an Event Staff at Waterkant - Hamburg Event & Locations GmbH and Partyspeicher Bönningstedt. Additionally, Tikvah worked as a Student Assistant at Westcoast University and completed a stint as an Au Pair at Au Pair Link. Tikvah is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Psychology at NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School, following their Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Fachhochschule Westküste - Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik Heide. Their educational background also includes completing their Abitur in Social Sciences at Gymnasium and studying at Biloxi High School in the US.
