Yasemin Berardi has a diverse work experience with HELM AG, starting in 2003 as a trainee and later becoming a Product Manager for Glyphosate. Yasemin then held roles as Head of Department for Glyphosate, Urea, and the Training Center Chemicals. In 2019, they became the Head of Department for Crop Protection Commodities. Currently, they are the Director of Business Operations for Pharma at HELM AG.
Yasemin Berardi completed their education at various institutions. Yasemin began their educational journey at Berufliche Schule Am Lämmermarkt from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Außenhandel (Foreign Trade). Following this, they enrolled in Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn from 2005 to 2009 and earned a Diplom Kauffrau (Diploma in Business Administration). In 2023, they attended IMD for a High Performance Leadership Programme, acquiring expertise in High Performance Leadership.
