Kate Strohecker

Kate Strohecker is an experienced pattern maker and product developer with a strong background in the fashion industry. Currently employed at Roper Apparel & Footwear since November 2016, Kate has also held significant roles at HELMUT LANG since October 2011, including assistant pattern maker and product development, where responsibilities included creating patterns from prototype to SMS samples and collaborating closely with designers. Previous experience includes internships at Study NY, The Uniform Project, and Rogan, focusing on design, production, and trend research. Kate holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design with an emphasis on Knitwear from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has further education from Politecnico di Milano.
