Ginger Leaven

Ginger Leaven is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Litigation & Employment at Help at Home, LLC since 2020. Previously, Ginger was Associate General Counsel at Clover Technologies Group from July 2012 to April 2020, overseeing regulatory compliance, risk remediation, and commercial litigation. Ginger’s career began at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where a nine-year tenure involved both criminal and civil litigation, including advocacy for elderly citizens in the Elder Abuse Division. Additional experience includes a role as a Summer Associate at Murphy, Smith & Polk, where responsibilities included legal research and drafting. Ginger holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
