Marisol Castro has more than 25 plus years of health care leadership experience in areas of corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, accreditation, licensing, quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015), governance, process excellence, revenue cycle management, medical staff and provider credentialing, EMTALA, policies and procedures, auditing and monitoring and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Help at Home, Castro served in various leadership roles -- most recently as vice president of operations for Nicklaus Children's Health Systems Children & Family Hospital of South Florida (CFHSF). Prior to that position, she served as a lead surveyor/inspector focusing on home care and home health. Castro holds a master's degree from Nova Southeastern University in health care and business administration with certifications in Health Care Compliance (CHC) and Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
