Natalie Hodson

Natalie Hodson has extensive work experience in various roles related to business intelligence and consulting. Natalie is currently working at Help at Home as the Senior Director of Business Intelligence. Prior to this, they held positions at Korn Ferry as the Manager of Collective Intelligence Operations, where they focused on operational improvements and leading the firm through a digital transformation. Before that, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and Human Capital Consultant, supporting technology implementation projects and managing customer support teams. Natalie also has experience as a Consultant Analyst at Cardinal Point Solutions and as an Accounting Intern at NAI Farbman. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to utilize data and analytics to drive operational improvements and achieve cost savings.
