Jim Rastall is an accomplished presenter, actor, mentor, and experience designer with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Jim serves as a Presenter for WizeUp Financial Education, focusing on instilling financial literacy in young people, and takes on the role of Actor with Actors In Industry to provide experiential training. As a Business Mentor for the Help to Grow Management Course, Jim assists small business owners in developing their operations, while also being an Experience Designer for Alternate Experiences, creating unique events for organizations. Additionally, Jim is a Laughologist with Laughology, leading workshops on resilience and innovation, and has facilitated workshops at The Lowry. With a background in acting since 2009, Jim holds numerous television credits and co-founded both The Actors Process and Troupers Group LTD, which emphasize innovative actor training and drama workshops, respectively. Jim's educational qualifications include degrees in Professional Acting from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and English and Classical Civilisation from the University of Nottingham, alongside a Diploma in Transformational Coaching.

Help to Grow: Management Course
The Help to Grow: Management Course is a 90% government funded,12-week leadership course designed specifically for small businesses. It includes 12 modules of small business-specific content, 10 hours of 1-2-1 mentoring and 8 peer group sessions. Modules include the broad range of subjects required to lead and scale a business from strategy to digital transformation, mission, vision and values, employee engagement, branding, operational efficiency and finance. It is delivered by 60 Small Business Charter-accredited business schools across the UK.
