Lisa Robyn Wood is a seasoned director and coach with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and training for middle managers and entrepreneurs. Currently, Lisa serves as a Director/Coach at GRIP Coaching Limited and holds various partnerships and associate roles with organizations such as Inspiring Cultures Ltd, WUN - Womens Utilities Network, and MindGym. Lisa is also a certified management mentor for the UK Government's Help to Grow Management Scheme and contributes as a writer for the Association for Coaching. With a background in sales management at Lucozade Ribena Suntory and previous ownership of a pub and boutique hotel, Lisa blends practical and coaching expertise. Educationally, Lisa holds multiple coaching diplomas from The Coaching Academy and a BA with Honours in Drama Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Surrey.

Help to Grow: Management Course
The Help to Grow: Management Course is a 90% government funded,12-week leadership course designed specifically for small businesses. It includes 12 modules of small business-specific content, 10 hours of 1-2-1 mentoring and 8 peer group sessions. Modules include the broad range of subjects required to lead and scale a business from strategy to digital transformation, mission, vision and values, employee engagement, branding, operational efficiency and finance. It is delivered by 60 Small Business Charter-accredited business schools across the UK.
