Nicholas Cupples

Nicholas Cupples, MS, MBA, PSM, SASM, PSPO, currently serves as the Director of Internal Programs, Product Manager, and Scrum Master at Helpful, where leadership in implementing LeSS Huge Large-Scale Scrum has facilitated innovation in bringing medical devices and software to market during the Covid-19 crisis. Previously, as an Agile Delivery Lead, Nicholas enhanced software development processes by promoting cross-functional team dynamics and continuous improvement methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as E-commerce Operations Manager and Product Manager at EU Enterprises, where operations management and product innovation were key responsibilities, as well as Technical Project Manager at Clay Johnson Real Estate Co, overseeing property renovations. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in E-Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
