Harshad Golwalkar

Harshad Golwalkar is a Senior User Experience Designer at Helpshift, with previous experience as a User Experience Designer at SRAM, LLC, where a comprehensive redesign of the bike management app AXS led to increased Daily Active Users. At Whirlpool Corporation, Harshad contributed to the development of the “Whirlpool 2.0” application and supported various teams in enhancing digital product experiences. Earlier roles include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology and an internship with Bosch Security Systems, focusing on user research and data analysis. Harshad holds a Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
