Sameer M.

Sameer Maral is an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager at Helpshift, a Keywords Technology, with a career spanning over a decade in software engineering and test automation. Since joining Helpshift in March 2020, Sameer has progressed through various roles including Engineering Manager, Associate Engineering Manager, and Software Developer in Test. Prior to Helpshift, Sameer worked at IBM from August 2007 to February 2020 as a Test Automation Specialist, where responsibilities included designing a hybrid test automation framework for mobile and web applications. Sameer holds a Master of Science in Web Technologies from VIIT College, Pune, and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from S.P College, Pune, along with foundational education from S.P College and Vimalabai Garware High School.
