Lawrence Sy

Lawrence Sy currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Helpware, overseeing operations in Manila and Cebu since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lawrence was the Assistant HR Manager at Applic8 Software Development, Inc. from March 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing HR policies and reporting directly to the President and CEO in Switzerland. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. from April 2016 to March 2017, focusing on employee orientation, recruitment, and sales analysis. Lawrence began the career with an internship in Human Resources at RC Goldline Saleshop Corporation from September 2015 to February 2016, gaining exposure to employee relations and recruitment processes. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Cebu, completed in 2016.
