Ester Eggert

Ester Eggert is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Product Lead for the Baltics at Helsing since March 2025, Ester previously held the position of Head of Product at Salv from September 2018 to February 2025, where responsibilities included leading product organization and business strategies, and establishing a collaborative crimefighting network across the EU. Prior to Salv, Ester worked as a Consultant at the Ministry of Defence of Estonia, focusing on new technologies, and as a Product Manager and Data Scientist at TransferWise, developing compliance systems and collaborating on complex investigations. Additionally, Ester has held roles at Playtech, AGA Region Europe North, and Tallinn University, building a solid foundation in product management, data analysis, and administrative coordination. Educational background includes advanced studies in South Asian Studies at Tallinn University.
